How Can polycystic Ovarian Disease Be Treated?

I just ended a normal period on Dec 23 and I then started bleeding again four days later and have not stopped. This is unusual for me. When I was 30, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and after that I had four children. I am now 41 and have also been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse. The bleeding is not excessive, but should I be concerned about it?
